Such a shame that it is for D&D. Since it is, I will not take up a guess in the place of someone that really wants it. The title of the thread was great for us Pulp gamers though.

I'm not sure what it is, but the combination of ornately carved marble and rough cut stones is odd.

Looking at the preview, it reminds me of one of the front walls of Dragonshire Cemetery. So my guess is a Dragonshire extension and specifically maybe a Dragonshire Cemetery add-on.
