Don't know if anyone has tried this but I found a pretty good cheap glue for doing small tricky things and repairs. Aleene's Quick Dry Tacky Glue in the grey and purple bottle. Don't glop it on, just use a thin smear, it holds fast and I have not had any warping. I've even used it to glue cardstock edge to edge. The normal Aleene's works ok, but the quick dry is by far the best. Easy to get this stuff even at WalMart.

Yeah, this is my favorite glue to use by far.

I finally got my order of the regular Aleen's Tacky Glue and it is such an improvement over my earlier models. I wish I had this stuff from the beginning! I still want to try the Uhu Office Pen, but I can't find them anywhere online any more (except Germany).

Asmeran, I think I saw UHU office pans on Amazon a while back, you might check it. If you like the regular tacky glue, do yourself a favor and try to track down the quick dry tacky I mentioned earlier. The difference is very significant.

Hmm, my last UHU office glue pen is almost gone, and I'm can't find any more. Checked Amazon, but they were out. I might try the stuff in the OP, but I don't want to mess with a 35min. drying time. Does it really take 35 min. for best results, or are there other alternatives I can look at?

I used the UHU pens all the time, but it is so brittle when dry. I got tired of going back to look at a model after a couple of months to find little bits here and there were no longer glued. Plus the fact that they are no longer produced says you should switch to something else. Aleenes tAcky is great stuff, i wish i had tried it before uhu. I have a few uhu pens left if you pockets are deep enough. Let the bidding war begin! Muahahahahahahahaaaa!!!!
